At Sieraad Materialen, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

To process your return correctly, the following conditions apply:

  • Return registration: Register your return within 14 days of receipt via your account
  • Product condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return costs: We charge €4.95 for return shipments. This amount will be deducted from the refund

Requesting a return

You can easily request a return via your account:

  1. Log in with your email address
  2. Enter the verification code you receive by email
  3. Go to your order
  4. Select the products you wish to return
  5. Choose a reason and add a comment if necessary
  6. Submit your request

After approval, you will receive further instructions by email for returning your order.

Return processing

Inspection

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products to assess whether they meet the return conditions.

Refund

Has your return been approved? The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. The return costs of €4.95 will be deducted.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products that are no longer in their original condition
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchange

It is not possible to exchange products. If you wish to receive a different product, simply place a new order.
