At Sieraad Materialen, quality and reliability are paramount. We do everything we can to supply high-quality materials so that you can create your jewelry with confidence.

Despite careful inspection, it may happen that a product has a defect or arrives damaged. In that case, we will be happy to help you and find a suitable solution together.

Warranty Conditions

Duration of the warranty

We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects and material defects under normal use of our products.

Coverage

The warranty applies to:

  • Production errors
  • Material defects

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect use or processing of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use or external influences

Warranty Process

Have you received a product that is not in order? Please contact us as soon as possible via: klantenservice@sieraadmaterialen.nl

Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the product (if possible)

Based on this, we will assess the situation and discuss the next steps with you.

Returning under warranty

If it is necessary to return a product, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days after consultation with us
  • The product must be properly packaged to prevent further damage
  • The shipment must be sufficiently stamped
  • The risk of shipping lies with the customer
  • Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense

Resolution

After receipt and inspection of the product:

  • We will inspect the item
  • We will assess whether it falls under warranty

If the warranty applies, we will:

  • send a replacement product
    or
  • refund the purchase amount (including VAT, excluding shipping costs)

The refund will be made as soon as possible, within 30 days of receipt of the returned product at the latest.
